This is the official Nintendo SNES classic system, pre-ordered it myself back at launch. I also won't accept return or refund if box art is incorrect. Rarely there are errors, resetting the console normally fixes this, save files are safe. Important: Majority of the games work perfectly however, few games have slight stuttering (emulation isn't perfect). 759 SNES games are inside the usb drive which goes in the OTG adapter to be plugged in the back of the console.
